Partner Criteria

FirstService evaluates partnering opportunities using the following criteria:

Size of Company
Sustainable annual free operating cash flow in excess of $1 million.

Size of Investment
We will invest between $5 million and $100 million of capital in each company.

Ownership
We prefer to acquire an ownership position ranging from 60% to 80% (although flexible for special situations).
